Profile

Prof. Rishi Saxena is working as an Assistant Professor in Mechanical Engineering Department of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Institute of Technology, Vasad affiliated to Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad. He received his M.Tech (Turbo-Machines) in 2011 from SVNIT-Surat, Gujarat, India. He is currently pursuing his PhD from GTU, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad. He has total 9.5 years of teaching. He has published many research papers in international journals, International conferences and national conferences. He had attended many international and national Short Term Training programs. He is a Associate Member in AMIE. He has guided many UG and PG projects. His areas of interest are Fluid Mechanics, Fluid Power Engineering, Gas Dynamics, I.C Engine and Heat Transfer. He is working as a Departmental T& P Co-ordinator. He is Lab In charge of I.C Engine Laboratory.

Current Activities:

Teaching UG Courses in Mechanical Engineering; Guiding B.E. student projects; T & P Co-ordinator (Departmental level), LAB In charge (I.C Engine).
