Students > Committees > SPRY

Spry is a committee commenced by the management of the architecture department that is an interconnection between the student body and the administration.

Spry committee comprises a group of students that righteously represents the entire student body before the administration plus all and sundry.
It takes charge of all the co-curricular activities and festivities convened throughout the academic year.

The word SPRY means lively and energetic. The members of the spry committee creditably toil for the amelioration of the entire architecture department and validate the name of the council.

Adviser President

A leader is best when people barely know he exists. When his work is done, his aim fulfilled, they will say: we did it ourselves. And when this happens, it makes one realise that a leader has done his work well because his team could see their own efforts and build on it with his guidance and support.

“Spry is not about a title or a committee. It’s all about impact, creation and evolution. “

I believe that an architecture student’s life is not just submissions, discussions and juries. Itʼs about absorbing the situation and reacting appropriately, which is healthy growth. So, co-curricular activities are equally important for a student’s life. I feel privileged to be a part of the student committee, and with the joint efforts of my fellow teammates we have a great opportunity to make the college life of all the students the most memorable phase of their life which they can cherish lifelong.
