Administrative policy of the SVIT is fair, transparent, consistent and makes everyone responsible and accountable. The college has an excellent HR policy in place. It is because of the HR policy that 80% of the faculty are working here since establishment of the college in the year 1997. They have been given opportunities and support to grow on the job. There are 35 faculty members holding doctoral degrees and 40+ are pursuing their doctoral studies.
